John holds a degree in Performing Arts from the University of Western Sydney.

John started his career in the arts as an actor and performed as a principle artist in over twenty stage productions.

During that time he worked for such companies as; The Sydney Theatre Company, State Opera of South Australia, Royal Queensland Theatre Company, Cameron Mackintosh, Gordon Frost Org, appearing in everything from The Phantom of the Opera to Bananas in Pyjamas.
In 1992 John produced his first production My Black Heart for the Fringe Theatre Festival in Melbourne. Since then John has produced over thirty productions and works full time creating original Film and Theatre projects.
